Return & Refund Policy – Atoz Naturals

We want you to love every Atoz Naturals product you receive. If something isn’t right, rest assured — we’re here to make it right with our simple and transparent return and replacement policy.

Damaged or Defective Items Delivered

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email us at customer@atoznaturals.in. Please include your order ID and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3: If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement for the damaged item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

Wrong or Incorrect Items Delivered

Step 1: Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the incorrect item at customer@atoznaturals.in.

Step 2: If any item is missing, please share an unboxing video for verification.

Step 3: Once verified, we’ll quickly ship out the correct/missing item.

Don’t Like the Product?

If you're not satisfied with your Atoz Naturals purchase:

  • You may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • If you prefer not to return the product, we’ll issue store credits (Atoz Coins) instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.)
  • Free samples or promotional gifts
  • Return requests made after 7 days of deliverytems without original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.)

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order only before it is fulfilled.
  • Once fulfilled/dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹299.
  • We also offer Cash-on-Delivery service.
  • Final shipping rates (if any) are shown at checkout.
